You have been sold on and
switched to a body-sugar operating
system.
Your body was not designed to
run on a sugar-starch system, it
has been for 100,000 years, a
fat storing and daily burning and
operating on 70% fat and 30%
sugar from vegetable and fruit
sources.
Your body (and man for
100.000 years) was designed to
run on fat as primary fuel
because you stored and burned
fat daily.
Sugar was used as an auxiliary
system for peak usage
periods since fat cannot be
converted fast enough to
handle peak exertion or running
from danger, etc.
At the turn of the century,
American sugar consumption
had risen to 25 lbs. per
person, and the problems began
with the addition of refined
steel milled flour . This
combination exceeds normal
"rich" food handling
body capability and you body has
to defend against drowning in
it.
Now we are at 180 lbs. of
sugar per person of which in
the US only 88 lbs. is high
fructose corn syrup.
Milled flour cannot be
handled adequately by the
human body you inherited.
White bread has a higher
glycemic level than straight
sugar.
High fructose corn syrup
provides no "I am
full, saturated, a "no
longer hungry turn off," as
normal sugar does.
You are not aware of this and unknowingly
keep right on eating more.
Your body is flooded with
sugar and is running many times
the normal insulin levels to
keep you from drowning in all
this sugar and starch.
This resulting "self
defense" high insulin is
contributing to accumulating
"cellular sugar self
defense" damage that is
going to cause their own body to
self destruct (degenerative
disease) and kill 80% of
Americans, twice the rate
of any other
industrialized nation.
When your body has switched
to a sugar operating system,
when you burn the sugar
available, you become
ferociously hungry for more
sugar.
So you get another "sugar"
fix. You cannot help
yourself.
When you run high peaks
of sugar that exceed your usage
capability, your body reacts
with high insulin, in self
defense.
Insulin is the high sugar
disposal hormone and is
basically a "fat
making" hormone.
When it cannot get muscle to
take all the excess sugar, and
the liver already has a 24 hour
supply, it has to make and
convert cells to
"fat."
The problem is when you were
on the fat burning system, you
were not hungry because you
added fat daily, had plenty of
fat and burned the fat daily to
operate.
Burn sugar in your current
mode and you are extremely
hungry immediately. Fat
people you know are always
hungry you probably noted
compared to your thin friends
who it does not seem to
matter. Now you understand
why.
Now,
you NO LONGER BURN FAT,
you only STORE AND ACCUMULATE
FAT.
You go on a diet (many
times, many kinds,) you
starve yourself and try to
force your body to burn
some of your body fat. You lose
a few pounds, mostly water.
You become ferociously
hungry because you're
still in a sugar operating
system.

to operating on sugar, not
burning fat, and you will
soon regain the fat after even
more as you can no longer
tolerate the diet.

Sugar and Flour.
Up until the 19th century the
only obese people were the
rich and royalty. They were
the only people that could
afford the refined sugar....was
like cocaine is today...an
imported drug...that the elite
got high on....and refined flour
was sifted from stone ground
flour and this fine sifted flour
was scarce and expensive.
Then the steel mill flour was
developed and fine sifted
flour became available cheap
to all.
When refined sugar became
available from local sugar beet
etc and much less expensive,
along with the steel milled
flour, this resulted in a change
of dietary input world wide.
It was from here Obesity,
Diabetes, Cancer, Cardio
Vascular disease, etc.,
started the explosive
rise, as the
consumption of these foods
rose.
Up until recently, man had to
work hard physically to obtain
enough food to get by.
Now we have almost no
physical work and UNLIMITED food
of the most refined and
processed kind available to all.
