You Have Been Bamboozled

If you are obese (or one of the 60% or Americans overweight,) or have diabetes, you are a victim of years of the "eat more of our stuff" brain washing ad techniques.

All of this has been pounded in your head so many times it is part of your accepted and automatic...life style operating software.

The last ten years, they added "supersize" to give you more for your money, you are convinced you would be a fool not to take advantage of it. For only slightly more you can get almost double the amount of drink or food.

We do not need to explain what this mass media explosion sales pitch to get you to consume more of "their stuff" has done to American health, we are just covering overweight and diabetes, we can go and on with other health calamities resulting.

You have his tremendous urge to keep doing what you have been sold over and over on doing and that you will feel grossly cheated in life if we strongly suggest you wake up and counter this.

We are pointing out here, that by making simple changes (right now, delay no more) you can still likely save and extend your life and stop your body (where you have to live) from further becoming a "health down the tube" disaster.
You are already aware the soft drink size has in 20 years gone from 7 oz to 12 and 16 oz., that restaurant meals and processed food are served and packaged in almost twice the portions of 20 years ago.

You have been sold on the idea that this is "normal" and you do what everybody does, you also became overweight, diabetic, and dying early from degenerative "do it to yourself diseases", just like everybody else.

Simple Changes Any Idiot
Can Make For Practically "No Out Of Pocket".
  1. In the four restaurant meals you as an average American eat out weekly make these simple changes.
  • Skip the bread, just because it comes free, you do not eat it.
  • Order, half an order, senior meal, or children's portion, if not available, see next.
  • Order one meal and ask for two plates, split with partner, if not adequate, order one extra side salad. Or side order of vegetables. Waiter will not be shocked, happens now all the time.
  • A loner......eats half, and asks for a container to take the other half home.
    Often referred to as asking for a "doggie bag" also routine.
  • To make this work and be happy with your self, eat slow, enjoy surroundings and company. Your full meter has a twenty minute built in delay. Eat a small amount slow and it will go off as FULL in 20 minutes, just like it does when you gorge a large amount of food in 20 minutes. You leave happy eating slow over 30 minutes and taking half home.
Tips To Undo Your Flim Flammed Eating Habit "Eat More Of Our Stuff" Brain Washing.

  • Drinking Food Is An Accepted "As Normal" Sales Pitch.
    Never drink food again.

    Even fruit juices are high sugar, (diabetics avoid 100%) (obese avoid, as high sugar rush, means high insulin to keep you from drowning in high blood glucose, which means high amount of fat making insulin hormone excreted in to your blood stream. Fat does not make Fat cells enlarge ONLY high insulin, does that. High fat does NOT make high insulin.  Sugar peaks do.

    Size Does Count.....Spend a little money, get different size (much smaller) serving dishes, cups and glasses. Present day glasses are likely 20 oz. switch to 10 oz or less, bowls are likely 4 cup, switch back to mothers day, 2 cup, and from 12 inch back down to the 10 inch plates or smaller.

    Buy a perfectly good set of 20% or more smaller dishes, 50 or 60's more petite size dishes at flea market, garage sale, or thrift store. (they do not wear out) (Likely under $25 bucks)

    Study shows this the cheapest most automatic fool proof way to drastically cut your home input (food intake,) as much as twenty per cent with out further conscious daily effort or expense, is cut size of serving plates and glasses. (this is serious business here).

    • Get the "super size" bigger dishes out of the house.

    You want ways that work effortlessly? Pay attention and take simple action once and change your life. here on.

    This has proven to work.
    • SNACK Mother was right...when she said, if you eat a snack now, you wont be hungry for supper. So snack. Eat every two hours. Take the edge off your appetite so you are never really hungry.

      You level out blood sugar because you never pig out since you are never ravenously hungry. (leveling out blood sugar peaks is the key controlling diabetes and obesity) Eliminate all salt, Get a shaker filled with fiber mixture, (such as wheat and oat bran) $2 a months supply. Add by shaking some on to anything with carbs. You snack on high fat filling feeling, nuts and avocados, blue berries, boiled eggs, pineapple etc. as much as you like. (look up Pemmican, our most recommended snack.) Drink green tea and cocoa, no milk. Vegetable juice (several times a day)

      The very idea of 3 big meals a day did not even start until the industrial age.
    • Divide recipes and prepared food into small size you eat all of first portion right now, (small portion) dvide rest in several baggies for immediate freezing for future meals.

      Stop thinking you have to finish it now (reformed mindset) to keep it from going to waste. That's why you have a freezer and $2 worth of baggies.

      You are no longer a human food disposal, trying to keep the new larger "super size" portions from "going to waste".

      These are a start on getting your life under control. Read up on high fructose corn syrup and other man made substances they are adding to your food that FOOL your "I am full" meter.

      It looks from here like at least 90% of health problems you are subject too can easily be avoided if you understand what your body was designed for and what you are doing wrong is stopped in time. Become informed.
